Sailing

Meniere's Disease is also responsible for introducing me to sailing. I took a couple of RYA courses as an experiment, and found that I love it. I am on my second yacht, and sail on the Irish Sea off the North West coast of England. Sometimes with "crew", sometimes single-handed. It can be challenging, it is also enormously relaxing. I step on my boat and all the concerns and anxieties of work and life fade away.
